The city views from my room were stunning. The room itself was spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. The amenities included a large bathroom and an espresso machine, making mornings pleasurable. I enjoyed the breakfast offerings in the Symphony Restaurant. the salmon was especially fresh and flavorful. However, I faced a challenge during check-in. Initially, I was assigned a smoking room despite my request for a non-smoking one. After some negotiation, I was switched to a higher floor, but there was still a faint smell of smoke in the room. I think better management of room availability would improve the guest experience. Also, the lobby setup on a high floor isn't the most convenient, especially after a long journey. Overall, I appreciated the pleasant ambiance and helpful staff, but improvements in communication and room assignment processes are needed.

Wicked awesome views from my room! I was blown away by the snowy mountains and the sea peeking from the window. The staff were super helpful, especially when I needed a few local tips. Couldn’t ask for a better stay, honestly.

We enjoyed our stay with 5 teenagers, especially the spacious rooms and the stunning views from the 26th floor. The staff's friendly service made everything easier, and having a gym to keep active was a bonus during our family trip.

My wife says that better communication during check-in would have helped.
